HTTPS + HSTS
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your browser and Endaxi Scribe is encrypted with modern TLS. Browsers are instructed via HSTS to never connect over plain HTTP.
2FA AVAILABLE
Two-factor authentication
Add a second factor to your account on any plan — including Free. Sessions are short-lived and cookies are flagged Secure and HttpOnly.

UK GDPR aligned
IOLIS Ltd is a data processor for personal data processed through Endaxi Scribe. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our systems are exclusive to us (no shared cloud sevres) and located in Helsinki. They are provided by an EU service provider.
RETENTION
Configurable retention
Each plan has a clear retention window — from 30 days on Free to 365 days on Business. Audio files are deleted once the window expires. Transcriptions remain available until you delete them or close your account
NO TRAINING
Your content isn’t training data
We don’t use your audio or transcripts to train AI models. Your content is processed to deliver the service to you — nothing more.
EU BASED AI
No US data transfers
We use an EU AI providor to power Endaxi Scribe. Mistral povide our AI transcription computing power and are based in France. There is no data storage in their system, it is just temporary when running the transcriptions.
